If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. 

We regret we can only refund the cost of the item, not the return postage.  Please notify us by email before posting so we can give you our returns address.

Any item returned must retain any price tickets or labels and be in the same condition as shipped and as carefully packed.   Please enclose a covering note stating your reason for return and include your order number.

It is advised that you use tracked and/or insured shipping for returns and retain your proof of posting.  Any loss of a parcel is the responsibility of the sender.  Please note that items cannot be refunded if the price ticket has been removed.

Refunds are made via PayPal or by cheque.
